Scope of Services

LeadOStory offers the following:

Consulting Services

Consulting engagements include one-on-one advisory sessions, group workshops, and custom training programs. Fees are due at the time of booking. Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled subject to the Rescheduling Policy below.

Information Materials

Digital information materials are delivered electronically after receipt of payment and may include e-books, research papers, and online course access. Access is granted immediately unless otherwise specified.

Physical Merchandise

Physical goods include printed books, branded apparel, and other tangible items available through our online store. Titles, descriptions, and availability are provided on the product pages.

Refund Policy

Consulting Services

Clients may request a change of date or time at least 7 days before the scheduled session. If a session is canceled less than 7 days before, no refund is provided due to the time and resources allocated. A session may be transferred once to a new date within six months of the original booking.

Digital Information Materials

Requests for access reversal must be made within 7 days of purchase. Eligibility requires that less than 10% of the material has been accessed or downloaded. Approved requests will be processed within 14 days and credited back to the original payment method or applied as a credit toward future materials, at the purchaser’s choice.

Physical Merchandise

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed. Inspected returns that meet the condition guidelines will receive a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

No-Refund Circumstances

Cancellations submitted after service delivery, digital materials accessed beyond the threshold, or merchandise returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for any reversal of payment. This policy is necessary to ensure fair treatment and to cover fulfillment costs.

Rescheduling and Transfers

Consulting sessions may be transferred once per purchase, subject to availability and must occur within six months of the original date. Transfers are not allowed for digital materials or physical merchandise.

Payment Methods and Reversal Process

All transactions must be completed using our accepted processing partners. Approved reversal requests are credited back through the same channel used for the original payment. Processing of valid requests typically completes within 14 days.
